2. Returns

You may return your item within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

• 📌 A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for size, color, or product variation. Conditions:

• 📌 Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• 📌 Proof of purchase is required.
• 📌 Only defective/damaged items will be replaced free of cost.

4. Process for Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange:

• 📌 Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you about your refund/exchange status.

5. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method. Refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
